  Purchased some grey 12mm Flooring from the store and carpet for the staircase. They done me a fantastic price and we have had it all fitted today from the fitter. I am very pleased with the flooring and the fitter done an amazing job. I will certainly recommend to friends if they need a new floor.

  Last Thursday evening we went into Floors 4 You and ordered 38sq mate's of laminate flooring (going on our own measurements).Company arranged for a fitter to come in on the following Tuesday.Our sales representative was a man called Mike.Mike wouldn't be at work on our fitting day but informed us that if we had any problems at all, to call Floors are us and he would come out straight away.Jimmy the Kosovan arrived as agreed on Tuesday morning after a call from Mike on Monday evening.Jimmy got to work immediately and never stopped throughout the day until the job was almost complete removing doors and moving furniture ( we had ordered 1 Sr mtr of flooring short of what was required).After contacting Floors 4 You concerning the shortage, they immediately phoned round and found the flooring required.Jimmy promised to return either Thursday or Sunday to finish our job as he had to leave.Thursday as promised he called and returned and completed the job.After reading the reviews on this company I had been very concerned.My experience was completely different and very positive Jimmy was a very polite and hard working man and his work ethic was very professional really pleased with the overall experience many thanks

  Extremely bad customer service. We ordered laminate floor over 2 weeks ago, wrong size got delivered. My partner chases almost every single day to be told repetitive​ lines to call head office or just gets told it's been ordered we can't do anything or tell you anything. The floor has already been paid for so as a paying customer we should not be treated like this. We called today to be told there's no mangers in the Halesowen store and they are in Dudley. We call that store no manager there either...my partner when talking is continually cut off from talking by the staff and called "darling" very patronising. If this is not resolved soon we will just start naming and shaming all the staff we have spoken to that have been uncooperative or rude over the past 2 weeks.
